Business email setup for RevCare Home Care
Provision these addresses before go-live so sales, support, and billing requests route cleanly: support@revcarehomecare.com, sales@revcarehomecare.com, billing@revcarehomecare.com.
Option 1: Google Workspace mailbox setup
- Sign up your domain in Google Workspace Admin.
- Add Gmail MX records in your DNS provider.
- Create users or groups for support, sales, and billing.
- Configure forwarding and shared inbox access for owner + ops leads.
Option 2: Cloudflare Email Routing
- Move DNS to Cloudflare (or connect existing zone).
- Enable Email Routing and add the three aliases.
- Forward each alias to your existing inboxes.
- Add SPF/DKIM/DMARC records for delivery confidence.
Keep these addresses visible in customer touchpoints (footer, support, contact, billing help, demo follow-ups).
