Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RevCare Home Care("RevCare," "we," "us," or "our"), the AI Operational Reliability Infrastructure for Home Care Agencies.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use Of Service

RevCare provides operational reliability tools for home care agencies, including agency Mission Control, staffing visibility, no-show prevention support, caregiver workflows, client/family communication, AI visit reports, recruiting and onboarding readiness, payroll/billing/payment visibility, EVV/compliance readiness, operational alerts, automation support, and other home care operational workflows.

RevCare does not operate your agency, employ your caregivers, provide medical care, provide legal advice, or guarantee staffing outcomes.

2. Subscriptions And Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe.

Plans may include:

  • Growth - $299 / Month For Single Location Agency Operations
  • Pro - $599 / Month For Multi-Location Agency Operations

A free plan may apply where shown in checkout or marketing pages. Paid subscriptions are governed by the plan and billing terms shown at checkout.

You are responsible for reviewing your plan, billing date, payment method, and subscription status. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Customer Data

Your agency owns the operational data you provide to RevCare.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and compliance of the data entered or uploaded into the Service, including caregiver, client, family, payroll, billing, visit, scheduling, EVV, and operational records.

4. Role-Based Access

RevCare supports role-based access for Owner/Admin, Caregiver, and Client/Family users. Agency owners/admins are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, removing users, and ensuring users only access information appropriate to their responsibilities.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to access another agency's data, bypass role permissions, upload unlawful content, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer protected systems, or use automation in a way that creates unsafe staffing, payroll, billing, compliance, or family communication outcomes.

6. AI And Operational Recommendations

RevCare may provide AI-supported reports, alerts, summaries, risk signals, and operational recommendations. These outputs are informational only. They are designed to support operational decision-making, not replace human judgment.

Agency owners/admins remain responsible for staffing, care delivery, payroll decisions, compliance decisions, family communications, and operational actions.

8. Peace-First Communication

RevCare is designed to support calm, respectful, and professional communication between agencies, caregivers, clients, and families, including client availability confirmation and caregiver visit confidence workflows. Agency users remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and using communications appropriately.

9. Support Scope

We provide software support only. We do not operate your agency, supervise caregivers, schedule visits on your behalf, make employment decisions, provide care, or contact families as your agency unless explicitly configured through supported features.

10. Third-Party Services

RevCare may use or connect with third-party services such as Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, email providers, SMS providers, EVV vendors, payroll vendors, or other integrations. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

11. Service Availability And Changes

We may maintain, update, improve, suspend, or modify parts of the Service. We aim to preserve customer access and communicate material changes when practical, but early access and production features may evolve as we improve reliability, safety, and operational fit.

12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific operational outcomes, staffing results, caregiver performance, payment outcomes, or compliance outcomes.

13. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevCare is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost income, lost data, staffing failures, care disruptions, business interruption, or reputational harm.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, misuse of the Service, non-payment, security risks, or unlawful activity.

Agency owners may request account closure by contacting Support. We may verify identity, billing status, and authorization before removing access and initiating data deletion in line with applicable law and retention requirements.

15. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, providing notice inside the Service.
