FAQs

  • How do I reset a password or invite staff?

    Workspace admins invite users from Settings. If you are locked out, email support and we will verify your agency and send a secure link within one business day.

  • Where is the caregiver mobile app?

    Caregivers sign in on the web mobile experience to clock in/out, see tasks, and message the office. Your admin shares the same login and security model as the main app.

  • Is onboarding really free for every plan?

    Yes. Standard guided onboarding and the training center are included. Optional live implementation services may be quoted separately for enterprise rollouts.
